REFUGE: House Churches are groups of 3 or more people who intentionally do life together, love God together, and go on mission with God TOGETHER.
REFUGE: House Churches are encouraged to live into their unique common mission. Missions will vary based on those that are involved in the particular REFUGE: House Church. They typically meet in homes, around dining room tables, on couches and bean bag chairs. They may include similar elements to REFUGE: Sundays, but on a more intimate level.
We believe that God places every person in a family, and that REFUGE: House Churches are where true, long-lasting, transformation take place.
Acts 1 Ranch is a REFUGE: House Church that is united by their common mission of being family to those without a family. Combined, Acts 1 Ranch has welcomed 12 children/teens into their family through international adoption and refugee foster care. The households intentionally live in close proximity to one another so that they can daily seek God together, be family together and reach the lost together.
